Both Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland in California are famous for their high-quality resorts.  In fact all of the Disney resorts, including Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland and Hong Kong Disney have fantastic resorts.  Unlike many of the off property hotels you might stay in, the official Disney resorts tend to have unifying concepts and a sense of the same “magic” that pervades the parks.  Staying on property however can be somewhat pricey, but fortunately Disney usually provides options for even those on a budget.
